Nurses with degrees and home-country licenses, plus trained admin staff from the Philippines, India, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa and other English-speaking countries, work as part of your back office. They handle referral intake, eligibility checks, authorizations and documentation prep during your business hours, so your US clinicians can stay with patients. You get a highly educated professional at a fraction of the cost of a local hire, for roles you may not be able to fill locally at all.
Nurses for intake and documentation QA are hard to hire locally at any price. Our staff hold nursing, accounting and business degrees, and we recruit in several English-speaking countries so you can pick the time-zone fit that suits your operation.
